ABOUT ME

I’m Jason — a physio who loves training, rehab, and helping people feel confident in their bodies. I work with everyday people (not just athletes) who want to get out of pain, move better, get stronger, and actually understand what’s going on with their body. My approach is calm, practical, empathetic and collaborative — blending hands-on treatment with smart rehab and strength work so you’re not stuck in a cycle of quick fixes. I’m big on teaching you how to help yourself, building long-term resilience, and making the whole process feel clear and achievable. The goal? Fewer flare-ups, more strength, less stress — and a body you trust
